With over 14 years of experience in law enforcement, security operations, and executive leadership, Gabby brings deep expertise and a proven track record of driving organizational excellence.
Gabby holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Police Studies and Forensics from Eastern Kentucky University, where she earned an academic scholarship and consistently achieved honors.
At Inspire Cayman Training, Gabby oversees strategic direction, curriculum development, industry partnerships, and financial operations. Her leadership ensures that the organization delivers high-quality, industry-relevant training aligned with real-world employment outcomes.
Gabby is certified in areas including Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED), Counterterrorism Awareness, AML Compliance, and Operations Management. Known for her integrity, communication skills, and ability to lead under pressure, she is passionate about creating impactful learning opportunities that help people launch new careers and grow professionally.
Outside of work, Gabby enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new cultures through travel, and actively contributing to her country through volunteer work. Kristina Lawrence is our Operations Manager. With more than 25 years of teaching experience across Canada, the U.S., and the Cayman Islands, Kristina specializes in curriculum design, inclusive learning, and student engagement. Her philosophy of providing “a hand up, not a handout” reflects her deep commitment to empowering individuals.
Kristina’s achievements include creating innovative curriculum designs that have transformed learning experiences for diverse student populations. Her ability to bridge technical training with career guidance has helped countless students. At Inspire Cayman Training, she continues to innovate, develop new programs, and inspire students to exceed their own expectations. Her contributions are a great addition to the mission of our organization.

Kat Hampson is the lead instructor for the Ready2Work program at Inspire Cayman Training, where she helps individuals overcome long-term unemployment and underemployment. With a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Social Policy and over 15 years of experience, Kat is dedicated to fostering confidence and independence in her students. Her compassionate yet disciplined approach ensures participants exceed their own expectations and achieve sustainable career success.
Kat’s achievements include transforming the lives of at-risk youth through her work with helping hundreds of students gain essential qualifications and life skills, both in Cayman and the United Kingdom. Kat has played a pivotal role in enhancing the Ready2Work curriculum, introducing innovative teaching methods that ensure measurable success for her students. Her ability to break down barriers and inspire meaningful change has solidified her reputation as a leader in vocational education.
When she’s not in the classroom, Kat enjoys embracing the beauty of the Caribbean lifestyle. A certified swim instructor, she often spends her free time floating in the pristine waters of Grand Cayman or enjoying quality time with family and friends. Her passion for community and personal development shines in all she does.
Originally from Jamaica and a proud Cayman resident for over 25 years, Ingrid brings a strong professional background in leadership and lifestyle coaching, career development, and financial services. She is passionate about empowering young adults, with a special focus on numeracy and leadership development to help individuals build confidence and unlock their potential.
Ingrid is a certified Coach and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team, a member of Toastmasters International, a Trust & Estate Practitioner, and is also certified in compliance. She has coached more than 200 people, helping them discover their gifts, purpose, and direction in both career and life.
She is also the author of the globally available book, “Treasure Your Thoughts: A Proverb a Day Keeps Problems Away,” which inspires readers to transform their mindset through spiritual encouragement and real-life stories. Her second book, “The Rainbow Maker,” is set to be released in Spring 2026.
Outside of work, Ingrid loves travel and adventure, from zip-lining and parasailing to skiing. A proud plant enthusiast, she brings enthusiasm, warmth, and a genuine passion for personal growth to the Inspire Cayman Training team.
Leanni Tibbetts is a Caymanian speaker, business owner, and purpose-driven leader committed to empowering individuals to grow with clarity, confidence, and conviction. Her diverse background includes serving as a former Miss World Cayman Islands, a retired commissioned officer, an aviation trailblazer, and a member of the National Youth Commission. She is also the host of The Proverbs 31 Show, where she amplifies women’s voices globally and fosters conversations around faith, purpose, and leadership.
She holds a degree in Aviation Management with Flight and a minor in Aviation Environmental Science, bringing together technical expertise, discipline, and a strong appreciation for sustainability. Leanni’s professional journey reflects a deep commitment to excellence, intentional growth, and creating meaningful pathways for others to succeed.
In her role as Talent Development Coordinator, Leanni focuses on empowering growth beyond the classroom by supporting individuals as they transition from training into meaningful, sustainable employment. Through mentorship, connection, and advocacy, she remains dedicated to developing talent, strengthening communities, and leaving a lasting impact.
Dave is a Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) instructor at Inspire Cayman Training, where he specializes in Heavy Equipment Operation. With more than eight years of experience as an instructor, Dave has dedicated his career to mentoring at-risk and vulnerable youth. His teaching approach focuses on equipping students with technical skills and the confidence to build a brighter future, making him an integral part of the organization’s mission.
Dave’s achievements include progressing from an apprentice to an Automotive Technician and career coach, showcasing his determination and commitment to growth. His expertise has been instrumental in developing advanced training techniques, ensuring students receive industry-relevant knowledge and hands-on experience. At Inspire Cayman Training, he has transformed the lives of countless individuals by combining technical education with life coaching, fostering both professional and personal development.
Outside of teaching, Dave has a passion for motor sports, engineering, and outdoor activities such as fishing and free diving. His energetic and diverse interests, combined with his dedication to mentoring, inspire students and colleagues alike to reach their highest potential.
Chantal Rivers is a proud Caymanian and a dedicated member of Inspire Cayman Training, where she focuses on mentoring and community development. With an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Chantal blends her professional skills with her passion for youth empowerment. Her decision to pursue meaningful work in community development reflects her commitment to creating lasting change.
Chantal’s achievements include leading a successful afterschool program at her Church, where she positively impacted the lives of many young people. Despite the challenges brought on by the pandemic, she emerged stronger and now plays a pivotal role at Inspire Cayman Training.
